We personalize the clothes at the request of the customer.

Our pieces are standard and are adapted to almost all morphologies.

Nevertheless, for the very thin people or on the contrary, stronger, options are available on the product sheets to have a garment really adapted to your size

For people wishing to breastfeed while wearing our dresses, simply indicate it in the comment box of your order or send us an email ([email protected]) so that we add the option (it is an invisible breastfeeding opening located on the front of the garment) 

You have up to 72 hours to modify or cancel an order by sending us an email ([email protected]) 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us..

An order with a status of "In the making" cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in this matter.

In the event that we are unable to process the address change directly in our system, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will need to contact our courier to request a change of delivery address.

In order to help you further, we would really appreciate if you could provide us with the following information :

- First and Last name,

- Company name (if needed),

- Street name and number,

- Zip code and City,

- Country,

- Phone number and Email Address.

Please be aware that an address change will delay the delivery time. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to an address change requested by a customer.

Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

As you know, we only produce to order.

Once your order has been validated, the warehouse processes it on the next working day or D+2. Order processing begins on receipt of the "In preparation" e-mail.

It is then made, packed and shipped between 15 and 28 business days. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

While we always strive to deliver our orders on time, we recognize that the unexpected is inevitable. 

External factors beyond the control of the carrier, such as extreme weather conditions or technical failures, may occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when this occurs.

In addition, please note that delivery times are not dependent on CATALEYA but on the carrier.

We usually open our site at the beginning of the month to present a new collection for a period of 2/3 to 4 days.

Once this period is over, we put our site offline in order to meet our shipping deadlines since we do not have stocks; we only work on orders.

It is therefore normal that most of the time our site is unavailable for sale but your customer account is always available.

That said, when our site is open, to place your order, select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. After reading our terms and conditions, proceed to the checkout page where you will need to fill out your personal information and pay for your order. Please make sure that you have filled in your details correctly so that you receive all the necessary information and your order is delivered without complications.

If you need help, we strongly advise you to contact one of our customer service representatives, who will be happy to assist you.

We go through several verification steps when customers place an order to provide our customers with the highest level of security.

If your order is successful, you should receive an order confirmation within 10 minutes to the email address you provided on the checkout page. If this is not the case, please contact us so that we can assist you.

The right of withdrawal has exceptions. For example, it is excluded for the "supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized" (Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code), which is the case of CATALEYAPARIS, which makes its clothing to order.

We do not proceed with exchanges or returns of items after receipt in accordance with the order if the customer is mistaken on a size, model or color.

The customer has 48 hours after receipt to report the item for a manufacturing defect or wrong model. After this period, CATALEYAPARIS will not accept any returns.

No returns will be accepted without having first made contact via the contact page or by email ([email protected]), and will be returned to the sender.

Upon receipt of your return, we will examine the product and reserve the right to refuse it if it does not meet the following conditions:

be new, unworn, untouched, undamaged, odorless, in their entirety and in their original packaging. No exchange or refund will be made.

Any complaint concerning a defect of another product will have to be made by contacting only: [email protected] via the form of contact by joining a photograph of the product carrying a defect under 48h after the reception of the product. We will study the complaint and judge what action to take according to the facts reported.

We do not make any refunds or exchanges on sale or promotional items.

If you wish to resell a product, please do not contact CATALEYAPARIS.

Once your return package has been received in our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed to approve or disapprove the respective return.

Please understand that while we work as quickly as possible, this process may take several business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping if you choose to return the package yourself. 

Once your return package has been received at our warehouse and complies with our returns policy, it is processed and inspected before we proceed to approve or disapprove the respective return.

If the payment was made with :

- PayPal, the refund is immediate

- By credit card, the refund will be made to the bank account within 5 to 10 days.

We accept payment by PayPal and credit card via Stripe.

We do not receive or store any payment information (credit card number...) All transactions are processed directly by PayPal or Stripe for credit card payments

Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any party other than your bank.

It is possible that, after receiving an email stating that your order has been shipped with your tracking number, that it does not evolve during a certain period.

Indeed, during certain periods and for logistical reasons, we edit a few days in advance, the delivery slips, but the packages are given shortly after to the carrier

If however, after a certain time, you do not notice any changes, do not hesitate to write us.

It usually takes 15 to 28 business days for the product to be shipped regardless of the destination. However, in some cases, delivery may be delayed depending on the customs of your country.
